THE COURSE

Leadership & Management Level 3 Award

The Level 3 Award is ideal for anyone with management responsibilities but no formal training, and are serious about developing their abilities. They particularly support practising team leaders seeking to move up to the next level of management, and managers who need to lead people through organisational change, budget cuts or other pressures.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The qualifications are made up of a wide range of units covering core management skills – such as understanding how to organise and delegate – plus skills in communication, team leadership, change, innovation and managing people and
relationships.

Trainer Anne-Marie Stenson

Anne-Marie is a professional trainer, executive coach, and educator/teacher with international experience in business, education and management. A born entreprenneur and problem solver, Anne-Marie is passionate about the role of life-long learning asa way of maintaining brain plasticity and resilience during times of great challenge and opportunity. Anne-Marie has a successful private coaching practice and works with a range of training organisationss to deliver challeging programmes that support the workforce to thrive and achieve their objectives.

If eligible you will only pay £243 for 3 days training plus one to one tutor time.
