MHFA England Mental Health Awareness.

In this interactive 4 hour online session you will become Mental Health Aware. Delegates will receive a course manual, workbook and certificate. Learn about mental health and the factors that influence. Understand stress and how it impacts our mental health. Explore the topic of stigma. Learn how to start that all important first conversation and pick up tips to support your own wellbeing.
