WHAT TO EXPECT

Ready or not – Starting your own business is hard work and not without risks. It demands long hours, enthusiasm & determination to get things off the ground, but if you get it right it could be the most rewarding thing you do!

Finding the facts – the moment you start giving your business idea some serious thought certain questions will pop up. The nuts & bolts stuff that all businesses have to consider when starting out.

Must know marketing – Your business won’t go far if you don’t win customers and winning customers is only part of the story. Once you have your customers you need to keep them and that’s where marketing comes into it.

Figuring out the finances – the most common causes of business failure is running out of cash. Even profitable businesses cant get by when the cash dries up. Proper planning now will make sure your business has the cash to get by from day to day.

Bringing it all together the Business Plan – This is what we have been building up to, your business plan, this should include everything from your idea/vision through to detailed budgets, actions & timings. The business plan is an essential tool when looking for help from others or looking for funding for your business.
