The outcome

This half day session establishes the objectives and the framework for a successful strategic review and gives the facilitator the confidence and know-how to ensure successful implementation.

Who should attend?

Preferably a leader, this is important when setting the scene for the review.

When should the review take place?

The first review can be a reactive initiative sometimes driven by significant events/factors such as a plateauing or decrease in sales, pending legislation or regulation, or increased or new competitive forces. Moving forward periodic review will be proactive by nature.

Trainer Andy Spencer

Andy is an experienced Company Owner/Director who has held senior positions including Managing Director and Sales and Marketing Director at UK based organizations primarily in ancillary equipment supply to the road transport industry. A strategic thinker, with the energy and drive to make things happen, he has managed sales teams and manufacturing facilities of differing sizes and has always worked hard to create a dynamic and enjoyable environment in which people can thrive. The businesses he has worked in have reflected a consistent record of growth and increased profitability.
