Sarah Seastron

Sarah is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, Sarah is armed with experience gained at a financial services company. Keen to develop her individualistic flair for people management, the scope of Sarah’s skills has stood her in good stead as she has helped business owners and managers to handle their personnel better.

The adage stands that ‘people buy from people’ and Sarah’s clients are drawn to her calm and supremely competent approach. They are usually family-owned, owner-run small businesses who haven’t the budget or demand for a full-time HR department.

From builder’s merchants, accountants, hairdressers, vets, and retailers through to companies in the manufacturing industry, Sarah’s perceptive nature means she can quickly get the measure of each business to understand its values and improve workforce relations. Using simple terminology which everyone can understand, she translates stodgy employment law into practical processes.

Ali Afgan

Ali has a background in Computing/ IT and is a qualified Software Engineer (BEng). He has been a professional IT trainer/ lecturer since 2012 and has a wealth of experience. He is passionate about sharing his knowledge and aiding individuals to develop further.

Sue Hanson

Sue Hanson is our HR Professional with broad experience across private, public and professional sectors. Self employed since 2002, Sue has worked with a wide range of companies, from multinationals to local family businesses, helping them with strategic business and succession planning, restructures, organisational development and the recruitment of key people to support and grow their business. She is a Fellow of the CIPD and a member of the Chartered Management Institute.

Ros Dawson

Ros is a qualified journalist and trainer with expertise gained in public, private and third sector organisations. She’s worked across all media – TV, radio, print, digital and social. Her experience includes reporting and producing for BBC News, PR consultancy and serving as Press Secretary to a government minister. Ros’s courses are high energy, interactive and interesting, structured to ensure measurable outcomes and clear return on investment.

Karen Amos

Karen Amos provides coaching and professional development services to the not-for-profit, education and business sectors. Karen is a qualified executive coach with over 20 years’ experience of managing teams. She specialises in developing leaders and teams to build better resilience, productivity, interpersonal and communication skills for improved team and organisational effectiveness. She has a friendly and informal approach, whilst maintaining a clear focus on achieving business outcomes.
